We are adding to the Fox tribe! I’m thrilled to officially announce that we are expecting baby number three!

Another baby! Where do I even begin?!
After a super long break from blogging I’ve told myself time and time again that I was going to get back into it. What better way than to jump right into the news of another blessing.
It’s funny because I’ve joked before that I needed to have another baby just so I’d have the chance to blog about the entire experience. Can you believe though that now that it’s a reality I’ve went silent?
Ha! Crazy how life goes.
But Yes! The news is true and we are oh so excited to welcome another precious fox to the tribe. As of today I am 29 weeks and 5 days along in my pregnancy. When people say time flies they aren’t kidding because it seems like just a moment ago I found out I was expecting. Now here I am in the third trimester and still a million things left to do!
Was This Pregnancy Planned?

Although this pregnancy wasn’t planned baby fox number 3 is just as loved as the first two.
My husband and I have always said that we only wanted two children. If that was all the Lord blessed us with I’d be 100% content. On another note I wasn’t completely opposed to the idea of a third. This is why we didn’t want anything permanent done to prevent the opportunity of more children.
And thus the inevitable happened and here we are with number three!
Three Is A Good Number
I can say with certainty that I’ve never felt more complete and sure that three is enough kiddos for me. Even though baby isn’t here on Earth side I feel that he/she is the last piece to our family puzzle.
You never really know though. What I’ve learned is that you can plan for anything and sometimes God takes over and gives you something you never knew you needed.
When Am I Due?

My due date is September 22, 2021 but I fully expect to go past this date. Unless there is a medical need I do not plan to be induced early and judging by how my last two pregnancies went I’d be highly surprised if I gave birth before my due date.
I was induced with my first at 40 + 3 weeks and went into a natural spontaneous labor with my second at 40 + 2 weeks.
There are SO many birthdays in our family and friends circle in September. I’m wondering if this baby will have his/her own special day or share it. If I had to put a guess out there I’d say September 24th which is my husband’s late grandpa’s birthday.
You never really know though!
1st & 2nd Trimester Recap

I’ve been blessed with all three of my pregnancies to not have much morning sickness. With my first I didn’t even feel nauseous and with the second a bit of nausea but no vomiting.
With my current pregnancy I started vomiting right at the 6 week mark and thought for sure I had severe morning sickness. After everyone else in the family caught it too I realized it was a stomach virus. I sure feel for those who are very sick while expecting because I cannot imagine.
Besides that awful stomach virus, so far I haven’t been sick but have experienced intense food aversions and more nausea than I’m used to. Probably the oddest thing was that I couldn’t stand the thought of coffee or tea and those are normally my favorites! Pretty much all meat was off the table as well. I couldn’t eat normal again until about 20 weeks.
Besides usual aches and pains I’ve had a pretty uneventful 1st and 2nd trimester. Braxton Hicks contractions have started much earlier this go round though! I’ve been feeling them since about 22 weeks and they just get more frequent as I get further along.
Do We Know The Gender? Names?

We do not know the gender and I have to say it is SO nice! We found out with our first but wanted a surprise for number 2 and 3. I am in love with neutral colors so the whole decorating deal isn’t an issue.
Besides, if I knew this baby was a girl I’d 10/10 be trying to match outfits and that would just put a huge damper on finances and space. Haha!
As far as names go we have a large list and then have it narrowed down to just a few favorites. At this point I’m not certain if we will stick with a W theme or not. A theme was never my intentions when naming my children. I just happened to like two names that began with the same letter. It almost seems weird now to pick a different letter but I am not opposed.
Time will tell I suppose. Ideally it would be nice to have our boy and girl name embroidered on a hat or something before baby arrives but knowing us we won’t settle until it’s too late.
Go figure!
