Growing up my Granny Kays peanut butter pie was always one of my favorite desserts! I especially loved coming home from school to find one already in the refrigerator. Of course all well loved treats never last long in my family but that just made me treasure each and every piece that much more. There's nothing more special than family recipes because they always seem to taste a little bit like childhood.
